Begin again by watching your breath and your body.
Rather than counting breaths or moving around the body,
let your attention stay with your whole self.
Be aware of every moment of your breath.
Be aware of every part of your body.
Be aware.


Sitting with your body, your self, as you would sit with a friend who needs someone to pay attention to them. All of your attention. Here. Now.

Hyperawareness. Energy in the stomach area; urge to dance, jump; opening up to the true energy flows; sitting with this and letting it infuse our body.
